DeleteOh deliciousness! And would you check out those cute little shorts... so simple, and so perfect x
ReplyDeleteWould you believe we have five pairs of those shorts in different colours?! Oops!

The fruit salad was amazing! The best I've ever had. Thank you so much for stopping by :)
DeleteA week full of deliciousness, your belly must be very happy :) How awesome is Everly's hair by the way?
ReplyDeleteAlso, that almond milk is so super simple. 1 cup alomds soaked overnight, whizzed up with 750ml of cooled, boiled water. Pour it through a sieve and there you have it. Plus, the leftover pulp can be dried out and there you have your own homemade almond meal. xx
Yep, she sure has some pretty awesome hair that kid of mine! :)
DeleteThanks for the recipe lovely lady, I'm going to give it a whirl this week! Much cheaper than buying it, and we're going through loads of it in cooking lately.
x
Oh, you're making me terribly hungry!! :)

DeleteYum, Yum and Yum! You're pictures are making me hungry! That baked chicken looks divine! Could I ask what the recipe is? Evelyn's curls are just gorgeous...
ReplyDeleteSophie xo
The chicken was delicious! The recipe is called Bill's Coq au Vin and it's from Bill Granger's Bill's Basics cookbook. This blog has the recipe almost exactly the same as the book - http://breadetbutter.wordpress.com/2011/02/25/bill-grangers-coq-au-vin/, except they used drumsticks instead of a whole chicken cut into parts. I prefer using the whole chicken. Happy cooking, and thanks for stopping by! :)
DeleteDelicious food at your place Jess!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Jane!

ReplyDeleteThanks Jody! We did eat very well this week ;) x
DeleteI love how your food shots always look so appealing. That's a skill! I would eat bowls of that white bean mash...Everly is such a character. I think Sassy would adore her...I remember you writing once ages ago that she is quite an active little thing - is that still the case? Sassy is getting busier by the day! I can't see her slowing down....x
ReplyDeleteThank you so much lovely! The white bean mash was delicious, especially with the salsa verde! We ate leftovers of it for days. I think Sassy and Everly would love each other's company, it's such a shame we live so far away! Yes, Everly is very active - she keeps me on my toes 24/7! Sassy certainly looks like she has some fire in her belly ;) I look forward to seeing her grow. x
DeleteWhat beautiful feasts you've been having! And that gorgeous girl with her bucket hat made me smile a giant grin. So lovely! Hope your week is a wonderful one :) x
